You must be authorized by your organization to access SilverMap. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SilverMap solely for lawful, internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant SilverMap permission to process data only to provide and improve the service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are governed by your order form or contract. Non-payment may result in suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

SilverMap and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute the platform without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for contract purposes.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverMap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate access according to the contract terms or for material breach.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws specified in your master services agreement or order form.
